General Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

10. Intellectual property rights

18. Applicable law

18.1. The present contract is regulated by French law.

18.2. It is such for both rules of base and rules of form and this, notwithstanding, the place of execution of the substantial or accessory obligations.

19. Jurisdiction

19.1. IN CASE OF A CLAIM , COMPETENCE IS EXPRESSLY ATTRIBUTED TO THE TRIBUNAL OF COMMERCE OF PARIS, DESPITE THE PLURALITY OF DEFENDANTS OR APPEAL IN GUARANTEE, EVEN FOR URGENT PROCEDURES OR FOR CONSERVATIVE PROCEDURES, IN "REFERE" (TEMPORARY INJUNCTION) OR BY REQUETE.

19.2. If any terms in the French online version of the general terms and conditions of use is different from the translated English version, the French meaning of the terminology and statements will supercede the English one for all purposes.
